Café Lémode Server Simulation
Step into the role of a restaurant server and practice making decisions during a busy shift. This scenario-based simulation challenges learners to prioritize competing guest needs, respond under increasing time pressure, and learn from the consequences of their decisions. Built in Articulate Storyline, the experience uses branching scenarios, custom interactions, accessibility-conscious design, and xAPI performance tracking to create a realistic environment for practicing judgment under pressure.
An interactive leadership experience designed to help managers build empathy into everyday workplace interactions. Learners navigate an Empathy Journey Map that progressively unlocks each section as they move through the experience, creating a visual sense of progress while guiding them through the learning journey. The experience also includes a simulation activity built with We Are Learning, giving learners an opportunity to practice applying empathetic leadership skills in realistic workplace situations.
